Fasting Update

I won’t say that a two-day fast was super easy, but it was MUCH easier than I thought it would be. So much so that I seriously considered going longer.

Day one, I was hungry in the afternoon and evening. Day two, I was almost not hungry at all. Once in the afternoon and once in the evening I got pretty hungry, but not unbearably so. The feeling went away after less than five minutes.

I forgot to buy probiotics and Kombucha. I’ll try to get them today. I’m taking it easy on my stomach this morning. I started with some full-fat Greek yogurt, a couple of eggs and some bacon. I’ll eat more yogurt for lunch. This afternoon and evening I will eat kimchi and fresh vegetables. We’ll see how things go.

I assume there will be a little weight loss from two days of fasting, but that really shouldn’t count. I checked the scale on Monday and it was still stuck in the same place. We’ll see.
